SHIPPING
We do not ship on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the Post Office. These include Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Columbus Day, and Veterans’ Day.
Remember, carriers don’t count the pickup day as a “Business Day”.
You are responsible for providing us with a correct address. If your order has to be reshipped due to an error on your part you will be responsible for any additional cost. If you notice a mistake in your address after you place your order, you must contact us to change it. Once an order is placed, updating your profile will not change it on the order.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
UNOPENED goods can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Items that are undamaged or non-defective will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee unless it was a packing error on our part.
Shipping and handling are not refundable.
If you take an exchange for your refund, the re-stocking fee will not apply.
The Buyer will pay all shipping costs on non-defective item returns. Leapin’ Leachies Products will pay return shipping only on defective products, and only after the product has been inspected and determined to be defective and on the replacement products.
Please email us before you send it back. We cannot be responsible for damaged or lost returns, so please use a service with delivery confirmation. Please do not send back used products. We reserve the right to pay refunds by check or gift certificate.
If an item was damaged in shipping, you must notify us immediately. You must keep the damaged item, and the original shipping container, as well as packing materials.
